Cloudiness vs Latitude

I do not believe there is a strong relationship on a locations latitude and the cloudiness experienced. As with the previous examination of Humidity (%) vs. Latitude plot, I believe the same principle applies, where latitude should not be a major factor in the cloudiness of a location, as cloudiness is also a property of a locations vapor pressure.
